Well the weather doesn't look to promising for riding this weekend. A maybe for the Koppenburg race on Sunday...
I'll probably be hitting the track from 9 to10 on Saturday to spin out the legs in case the race runs Sunday.
Next Weekend - Big Ride Time. Try to do to a almost-century if the weather is good. More next week when forecast is set. Time to get some mileage in for the Summer Big Ride Season!
Looks like the other day I might have to go out to Hugo to meet with State Patrol. (ughhhh)
Happy Trails,
Stephen

Wednesday Lunch Ride
Wednesday - Noon at Vics.
Looking to do some hills that are similar to the intensity of the Koppenburg Berg. Anybody how long and steep the climb is and how long it takes to ride it at race speed? Trying to avoid the actual race hill until it drys up.
Also, doing Track from 8-9 AM Tuesday. If legs are recovered, I'll hope to do some short hard intervals...
Ciao,
Stefano

Not so Swift ride Sat. @ 1:00 @ Cafe Sole
should be dry and warm by then. 2 hours, maybe a bit more with no steep/long climbs - I'm thinking of the Erie loop. Hope you can join me...Jeff

ACA Reg Database Throwing Errors
Tonight, I'll try to update the CyclingEvents.com DB with the latest ACA Membership as the ACA Webservice is acting flaky. Probably has to do with people checking Roubaix results and they are running out of connection to their MySQL DB.

I'll be out at 10:00 vics for a Not So Swift ride. Sunday is the Mead Roubaix, so I might throw in some dirty roads on the way back.
