Track Day...

A few of us are going to be out at the 11 & 12 sessions at the track.

No group ride this weekend :-(  We'll make it up next summer on a big mountain ride.  :-)

Tuesday Night Ride (On Track)

Tuesday Night Track Rides. 
Come on out to the track, BoulderIndoorCycling.com, so see us in action.  We have reserved the track from 8 to 9 pm.  6 Swifties and few guests are usually out.  Great fun workout. 
*If interested in track hour come January, sign up now for a class to get certified.

Thu(11/5) morning SoBo ride: 6:30

Hi,
Daylight and weather are favorable!  Thursday morning So Bo Ride: 6:30
am at Cafe Sole.  Back by 8:00 am, or earlier if you have time
constraints.  (We can always tack on a NCAR climb and/or Greenbriar
loop.)

Saturday(10/24) - Road/Dirt Road Ride - 9:30am

Meet at 9:30 at Vics.  Do a ride on some paved and dirt roads north of town.  Around 2.5 hours so we can get lunch before Litter Clean up at 2:00.

Cross Race at Valmont Park.  Cheer on Linda, Al and George as the break-in the new course.  There is a Beer Garden!
