3+ Hours on Paved and a Few Dirt Roads.
18? MPH Average Speed - Mainly Steady with some Paceline Work.
Weather Dependant - As long as it is above freezing and the roads are clear by 9.
 

Saturday Ride (1/24)

Saturday 10:00am at Vics (30th and IRIS)
As long as the forecast holds up...  Sunny with Highs in the 40s.  (Sucks after today, but that is what we get.)
~3 Hour Ride - Mainly pretty steady/easy with some rotating echelon practice thrown in and possible hard effort at the end to get Parents back home on time.

MLK Day ride

For those of us who have it off, let's enjoy the January warm spell!  Cafe Sole at 1 PM to maximize warmth...I'm thinking Ronde de Bergs since the Sunday ride's going north.  Jeff
