Swift Sunday (8/22) Rides

Both rides will start at 8:00 am at Vics on Sunday!!!
We can split up in Lyons.
Longer Climbing Ride up via Raymond to Ward.  65 Miles.
Shorter Ride - Back via Hwy 36 to Left Hand to Old Stage.  45 Miles

More Forte!!!

Alternative Sunday (8/22) Ride

Hey all,

Just in case, you also are in the "climbing" and "longer mileage" summer mood (as I am...no surprise, ah?)

I would like company for an alternative Sunday ride:

 - Route: Raymond Loop (I have not done this with the swifties yet) or 2 laps of the Lee Hill Loop (so you can drop me or leave the fun after the 1st lap if you are in a hurry..)
 - 8:00 a.m. at Vic's

 Pedala Forte!

MTB ride Tuesday afternoon, 5:30, West End of Eben Fine Park

I am planning on riding Betasso tomorrow afternoon (Tuesday). I would ride from Eben Fine park and ride up the connector, probably do two laps, and then return. I will be riding the single speed for a change of pace, so I will be moving slow, with no suspension. If you are interested, meet me at the west end of the Eben Fine Park at 5:30.

Sunday Aug 8 Ride

Hi All,

For this coming Sunday, August 8, I would like company for a loop I would not do  by myself:

Route: Sugarloaf - Peak to Peak through dirt part - up to Ward - down from Ward - (yes Luisa goes on dirt:!)

Meet: 8:00 a.m. at Vic's to avoid early afternoon storms (30% chance precipitation starting noon)...

Let me know if you can make it...

 Pedala Forte!!
 Ciao

Hi all,

Yesterday July 31, 2010 we had our annual one day long ride.
We rode Rist Canyon from Masonville following the race course. The ride was supported by Stephen with cool water, Gatorade and cookies.
We started around 9:00 a.m. and finished around 1:00 p.m. Perfect, before afternoon big heat and stronger wind. Afterwards we had a delightful picnic by the Horse Tooth. We found a nice picnic table in the shade and enjoyed all the goodies that everyone brought along with a nice glass of wine. It was delicious and fun. We toasted to a great ride, riders, friends and cycling club in town. Join us next year.
